2. Made-to-Order Handcrafted Goods & Production

All Coser Group products are designed, cut, and stitched by hand in small batches in our Miami, Florida workshop.

  • Lead Times: Orders require a 3–5 business day production window prior to shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Due to the nature of small-batch production, raw tactical textiles (such as Cordura® pattern layouts or thread edge binding), slight aesthetic variations may occur between individual pieces. These are signatures of authentic hand-craftsmanship and not defects.

3. Orders, Final Sales & No Cancellations

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory/material unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Final Sale Policy: Because our gear is made to order, all sales are final once checkout is complete. We do not accept cancellations, order modifications, address changes, or returns/exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing selection once an order enters production.

Sizing Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for measuring their gear against the Sizing & Fit Guidance provided on each product page prior to purchase.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All content on this website—including product designs, text descriptions, photography, graphic branding, logos, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of Coser Group LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
