Frequently Asked Questions

Because every piece of gear is handcrafted in small batches in our Miami workshop, please allow 3–5 business days for crafting prior to dispatch. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your shipping label is generated.
-
All sales are final once an order is placed. Because our gear is made to order, production begins—including raw material cutting and hardware prep—immediately after checkout. For this reason, we cannot accommodate order cancellations, product swaps, or address modifications after your order has been submitted. Please double-check your items, colorways, and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.
-
Yes, we accept custom builds, modifications, and custom tactical configurations on a limited basis, subject to workshop bandwidth and project scope.
Because custom projects require specialized patterning and bench setup, availability varies throughout the year. If you have a specific custom project or need modifications to an existing design, please email us at hello@cosergroup.us with a detailed description, dimensions, and rough sketches or reference photos. We will review your request and provide pricing, estimated lead times, or availability.

Because all Coser Group gear is handcrafted to order in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing selection. All sales are final.

Every piece of Coser Group gear is engineered and stitched to strict military-specification standards. If a seam, stitch, or component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any point during its functional lifespan, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Note: Normal aesthetic wear and tear, fabric fading, cosmetic scuffs, or intentional misuse/alterations are not covered under warranty.
-
We source battle-tested, military-specification components to ensure maximum durability:
Shell Fabric: Authentic 500D Cordura® Nylon with polyurethane (PU) and DWR water-resistant coatings.
Zippers: Heavy-duty YKK® reverse coil and Gov’t Spec coil zippers.
Hardware: High-strength ITW Nexus® and Woojin® hardware.
Thread & Construction: Heavy-duty Fil-Tec® bonded nylon thread with edge-bound grosgrain internal seams.
-
Our gear is highly weather-resistant and splash-proof. The 500D Cordura® fabric features a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) exterior coating paired with an internal polyurethane backing. Combined with YKK® reverse coil zippers, your gear is protected against rain, dirt, and moisture. However, because the seams are stitched rather than heat-welded, pouches should not be fully submerged underwater.
-
To preserve the factory polyurethane and DWR water-resistant coatings on your 500D Cordura® gear:
Spot Clean Only: Wipe down dirty areas using a soft cloth or nylon brush with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.
Air Dry: Allow the gear to air dry naturally at room temperature. Never tumble dry or subject to direct heat.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not bleach, dry clean, or use harsh industrial detergents, as these will strip the fabric's weather-resistant coatings.
