At Coser Group, we understand that standard gear doesn't fit every loadout. When workshop bandwidth permits, we accept custom builds, specialized tactical modifications, and tailored carry solutions crafted right in our Miami workshop.

Because every custom project requires dedicated pattern development, material sourcing, and bench time, custom slots are offered on a limited, inquiry-only basis.

What We Can Do

We specialize in heavy-duty textile gear built with authentic Mil-Spec materials (500D Cordura®, YKK® zippers, ITW Nexus® hardware):

  • Custom Pouches & Organizers: Tailored dimensions for specific tools, medical kits, electronics, or firearm accessories.

  • Modifications to Existing Gear: Adding internal loop panels, custom hook-and-loop ID patches, extra webbing attachment points, or alternate zipper configurations.

  • Specialized EDC Carry: Unique bag attachments, vehicle headrest panels, or custom hook-backed insert panels for bags you already own.

Custom Order Guidelines & Terms

Before submitting an inquiry, please review our custom project terms:

  • Minimum Order Value: Custom projects start at a minimum of $100 (covers design, patterning, and setup labor).

  • Lead Times: Custom builds typically require 2–3 weeks from design approval to completion, depending on material availability.

  • All Sales Final: Custom and modified items are built specifically to your specifications and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be canceled once production begins. (Covered against material and craftsmanship defects under our Warranty).

How to Request a Custom Project

To request a custom build, email us directly at hello@cosergroup.us with the subject line:

Custom Order Request - [Your Name]

Please include the following details in your email so we can accurately assess feasibility and pricing:

  1. Detailed Description: What do you want built or modified?

  2. Dimensions: Exact height, width, and depth (in inches or centimeters).

  3. Specific Gear/Contents: What items need to fit inside or attach to it? (Photos or exact dimensions of the gear are extremely helpful).

  4. Colorway & Materials: Desired exterior fabric color (e.g., Black 500D Cordura, Ranger Green, Coyote Brown, etc.).

  5. Sketches or Photos: Simple hand sketches, rough mockups, or reference photos of similar gear.

Note: We review all custom requests within 2 business days. If our custom bench is currently at capacity, we will let you know when the next project window opens.
